Girl Chat
My first and foremost inspiration blog-wise at the moment is Ellie Blakeney. I think her content is absolutely incredible, she always looks stunning in her photos and she also lives in Brighton. GOALS. I was introduced to Ellie recently when I read her 'Ultimate Guide to Save Money as a Millennial' and I was instantly hooked on her tips and tricks to save money. The pennies make the pounds, as they say!
Furthering the whole idea of 'girl talk', I am loving The Sunday Diary at the moment. I recently wrote a guest post for Tish; discussing friendship and how expectations and dynamics can alter over time. I've only started reading Tish's blog recently, but I adore her photography and the theme she has going on is absolutely stunning; Theres' a range of posts varying from thoughtful ones to back to school stationery ideas. I'd recommend her blog to anybody in the teenage/young adult range.
Lifestyle/Career
Additionally, I would recommend The Drifting Millennial to anybody who is struggling to figure out 'what to do with their life' and who may be having a mid/quarter life crisis. Jasmin's blog features all of her travels around the world, after finishing her jobs as a teacher, and subsequently, a nanny. Her blog caters for all needs really; from travelling locations and advice, as well as posts about careers, relationships, food and books. I think The Drifting Millennial is definitely aimed at a slightly older audience; I'd recommend her to those who are a little older and starting to figure out what they'd like to do next with their time. But, nonetheless, she has some fantastic holiday ideas too!One of my favourite bloggers at the time being is Chloe Witty; an Assistant Psychologist and fashion blogger. As a recent psychology graduate, I love reading about Chloe's endeavours within the world of psychology careers and her pure honesty about how competitive and difficult things can be. Her outfit photos are absolutely gorgeous, too!
Two of my favourite Bloggers/YouTubers that you probably already know of are Anna and Lily. At the moment I've been having a complete life refresh - decluttering my room, looking for new clothes (Capsule Wardrobe, here I hopefully come!) and I love using these two as my style icons. They both have the perfect middle ground between being fashionable and wearing sustainable clothing which I absolutely love. They've both also moved into their own properties recently, and so there are loads of home renovation vlogs and blog posts. Love, love, love!
Food
I also had to include my two best blogger pals in this post. Not because they're my friends, but because look at the food. Doesn't it look gorgeous?! I've never really been one to write blog posts about food/baking, but I absolutely adore eating food and I think that this is probably the actual reason why Katrina Frances and Nati are my friends (don't tell them that though). Katrina is a baker at heart and she actually does one bake every week at the moment in line with Great British Bake Off. What a fantastic idea!! Nati on the other hand, whom I first met at the Birmingham Collections Showcase, likes eating food, and if you're ever after some restaurant/food recommendations in a certain location then she's your girl. Of course, these ladies talk about other things too including interiors, fashion and beauty. They're some fantastic all-rounders!

ReplyDeleteI’ve also been thinking about doing a capsule wardrobe to try and stop myself buying clothes I only wear once or twice! If you do end up doing it would you write posts on it?
